Seriously. Just go with those flat K&N replacement filters in the stock box. And if you're feeling particularly DIY like, you may replace the plastic piping to the intake with some of those cheap aluminum tubing kits. Spray with rhino liner to make them nice and stealthy. Smooth tubes > ridged t...

Keep your eyes on the flanges of the OBX header. I have LOTS of bad experience with them (cough*I used to work for a retailer*cough) The headers may borrow(steal) the design from the Nismo headers, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's half the gauge. Oh, and take "stainless" with a pinch (b...

While I am not a mechanic, I did work in the "automotive tuning industry" for over a decade. I have worked for shops where they researched and manufactured performance parts. Intakes were some of them. Lemme tell you this; according to measured dynamometer results, intake temperature is MU...

I need the floor to stay at the factory height though, because of the dogs. This car is tall enough to jump in to as it is.

Why would an installer steer you away from viper? I've had many more problems with my compustar than I ever had with my Viper systems.

I found images of another member that took the back seat out. I had an idea that it was going to be easy, i just didn't know how much room there was going to be. If I'm going to do it, I want to do it right. I don't want to make it out of plywood or hard board. I considered making a fibreglass told,...

I have no need for the whole seats. If you can't sell them and plan to get rid of them, I am interested in the backing of the 3rd row seats. So basically the panels that would be the floor if you fold the seats down.

I haven't messed with my pathfinder before, but I did spend a good 15 years or more "improving" automobiles. So all my experience is anecdotal. Anyway. You seem to be running in limp home mode. That's basically the safest setting the engine has, and it just dumps in stupid amounts of fuel ...

Sacrifice 3rd row for storage

I've tried to find some info on this before, so apologies if this was covered before. I feel like i'm just hauling the weight of the 3rd row around with me. We have never once used it, and would probably be better spent for storage. Has anyone ever sacrificed their 3rd row for a storage box? Any pic...

Mine just failed a few days ago too. I'll try cleaning it, see what happens.
Mine is an '07 though. So I need both drivers and passenger auto down.

I've had Rotiforms on another car before. Will attest to the quality.
They are a lot of money, but worth it.

Ouch. That looks like a nasty bang.
