coolant leak

I had the same problem, turned out to be the rear aluminum lines next to the muffler. had a shop cut them out and replace it with rubber hose=no leak anymore. the 2 lines rub against each other and cause them to get corroded.

new heater lines

had the same problem, where the lines corroded. did the same procedure as above, cut the lines and replace it with rubber tubes. It wasnt easy, but it works. I will post up some pic

i had the same problem with my 05. I would always have to top off the radiator every couple months. Turned out to be a leak at the rear, took the tire off and saw the build up on 2 spots. I had to cut out the aluminum piping and replace it with rubber tubing. Check yours, seems to be a common thing ...
