That's good that it came primed. You still want to lightly scuff it and clean it with alcohol. Try not to break through the primer scuffing it.

First off I recommend taking a scotch brite pad and some Comet and scuffing the entire new bumper cover. You don't want to see any shiny plastic. Rinse it very well and clean it with alcohol. I notice it on mine too. I think it seeps a little around the cap on the radiator. I replaced the cap but it still seems to seep a little. The level never really drops but I still smell coolant.

I had a set and they only lasted me 20k miles. They feathered badly on the front (even had the alignment checked more than once and it was fine) and got very load over time.

Arizona just passed a law where you can conceal carry with out a permit and you've always been able to carry non-concealed here.

Most reputable shops doing the 3M clear bras have the templates and die cut it per vehicle application. I would still inquire about whether or not they are going to do the front bumper and grille on your Xterra since they are not painted panels. If not are they willing to adjust the price?
