i have the same year as you and when mine is low on oil it will not rev high and have little power just make sure your oil level is correct will it crank when it doesnt start or not crank at all?

i threw a battery tester on the battery and it failed just dropped a brand new battery in and shes starting right up....all should be well

i know im not in the marketplace section but my title says it all its either my battery or alternator but im leaning torward alt because i have a sound system in my car and i know they put extra stress on alternators

you probly dont have to take the clock out check what fuse powers the clock and check the fuse to see if its blown or not. id bet its just a blown fuse. I have an 03 pathfinder and the clock assembly along with the a/c vents that are next to it just prys out and pulls staright out as one piece then ...

have you checked your mas airflow sensor it may be giving the engine too much fuel under rapid acceleration which could cause your engine to flood and shut down

my father has a 2003 altima and the ic lights up orange and i think it looks much better then what my 03 pathfinder lights up as that boring clear color. how hard would it be to change the color of the lights that light up the ic? has anyone done it before?

im not sure if pathfinders are equipped with flash codes i know the service engine soon light will flash if your trying to certain re learn procedues but you can just bring your finder to an autozone or advanced auto parts theyll read the code for free

this happened to me when i tried locking the doors on my 03 finder. I realized the turn signals did not flash when i hit lock nor did the horn chirp. Then I realized a door was open and after i closed it everything worked fine. Check if you have a door open or maybe your tailgate is open.

every pathfinder you look at look for surface or bubbler rust around the wheel wells....i really wish nissan would put out a recall for it almost every r50 or older pathfinder i see has rust on at least one wheel well including mine

try swapping relays and see if a different problem occurs...then you will know if the relay is bad

i had a similiar issue check the level of your oil. my finder threw a code for the variable cam timing and it not being able to function properly if it was low on oil. which my car was i put the proper amount of oil in it and the drivibility issue went away.

find your closest junkyard and see if you can rip one out of a junked finder

pathfinders go easily into the 200 thousands....very reliabe trucks and wash your under carrige pretty often rust under the wheel wells is pretty common my right rear quarter panel is rusting out on me. and get used to the throaty engine sound at high rpm's
