I replaced my fronts with EBC slotted rotors /w Green Stuff pads. The rears I went with EBC Utilimax Rotors and Pads. I liked them so much I put them on My girlfriend's Legacy which was rear ended (totalled) by an inattentive teen driver not 3 days later... she loved her brakes for 3 days.

Hey Spam you might want to check the play on your wheel bearings. I just replaced the right front "Hub Assembly" on mine this past weekend. Your symptoms were identical to mine. There is even a TSB on them stating collision is the culprit. I do aim for the puddles most of the time, but I'm...

The cooling fan clutches are know to fail from time to time. Mine went at 90k. You'll notice your Pathy sounds like a dumptruck even when accellerating slowly from a stop... you'd definately feel a little down on power if it failed.

R51 Radiator/Transmission issue (class action)

Well as most of you know there are alot of Pathfinders that by luck of a manufaturers defect have had their Engine Coolant and ATF cross contaminat causing transmission issues. Long story short, crappy radiator cross contaminates ATF and Antifreeze, Pathfider starts to; shift hard, jutter , shimmy o...

check the rear shaft. Especially if you can't duplicate it on the hoist with the suspension sag. You may find it's INSIDE the rear shaft itself (some are different), if it's not the joints. If you price out the OEM shaft - you'll FREAK! BINGO! This is exactly what happened to my Path at a hair unde...

Firstly, I stand corrected. I knew Nissan's customer service was sub par but this seems like a really stupid design since the system already utilizes an external ATF cooler(21305Y): http://www.courtesyparts.com/images/r51/r51_310-1.gif Seeing that it's currently 10F and we are getting 40mph gusts at...

[ there has been more than one person with this issue, including myself. Which bings the grand total to two people who were unfortunate enough to have had issues. Seeing as I have near 80k of Towing and faux-hoonin with my 10/04 build date R51 and somefolks are using superchargers, the countless th...

OK so let me get this straight. You guys all just preformed this bypass based on good faith from a post left from a member with only 2 posts on the site?
Has anyone else here had an issue with their Coolant and ATF mixing?

40,000 of hard wear (tripping the VDC on the regular) on my Toyo Opencountry AT/LTs and they still look like this: http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n258/raphfofiddy/toc.jpg http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n258/raphfofiddy/toc2.jpg If I had to do it over again I'd probably give up the stiffer si...

OEM door speakers are 2ohm, so your going to want to replace them with 4ohm jobbers, if you haven't already done that. I got the Kenwood DNX8120 (OK) and have the Ipod and USB cables running out the bottom glove with no pinching or binding.

I'm actually toying around with super-charging my 5.6L Pathy. I know they have one for the Titans but I haven't done any research to see if it will fit under the hood of the Pathy yet. 420HP would make a nice addtion to my daily commute. An Pathy capable of holding it's own with a SRT8 Grand ...
