Just have it mixed at an automotive paint store. In NY i used PPG, in MT NAPA, in SC Parks and Sherwin Williams. Generally they can mix a rattle can of single stage for $20-$30. Titan Wheels on R50
I was looking at doing the same thing. As best as i can find the bolt patten, spacing, offset and outside tire diameter will all work. The only problem is that the bore for the Hub on the Titan/Armada is 75mm where as the R50 is 100mm. However, I have seen it done before.
