Brake Pads

Hi,

Where is the cheapest place I can get OEM brake pads for my 05 pathfinder? Is Courtesynissan.com the cheapest place? and are the brake pads for the 2006 and 2005 the same? Thanks

Yeap the optima yellow tops are 750cca, gonna see how it performs this winter but I dont expect any problems since optimas seem to be very reliable in our trucks.

Do u have an aftermarket radio? My path started doing that after I swapped in an aftermarket dvd headunit in. If i didnt drive my car for more than a block for 3 or more weeks my path wouldnt start but could be easily jumped. After that I switched out the factory battery for a optima yellow top and ...

Transmission Oil Change

Hello everyone,

How often does everyone change their transmission fluid here? Im planning to change mines every 30k miles with a simple drain and fill only since I read from a few places that flushes are bad for the tranny.

Another thing to watch out for is make sure you properly ground the new radio to the frame instead of using the adapter that is provided. Reason being the ground wire that leads to the adapter is to an empty wire therefore not providing a true ground. You can possibly short out your new radio if not...

New head unit plays for 5-10 seconds then shuts off and dies

Hi, I have a JVC KW-AVX710 that I installed with a metra 70-7550 harness for a 2005 pathfinder nonbose factory unit. My problem is when I initially installed the unit in my truck it was working perfectly, after about 6 hours I went back to my truck to put in a different cd and when I turn on my truc...

But thanks for your input, gave me some reassurance that all it needs was a repgrogramming to get it back to where it was. Thanks i had the vdc light come on, i turned the truck...

Re: Steering-wheel mounted audio controls

I just checked courtesyparts.com and it gave me a quote of $66.10 for the switchassy. Did they just raise the price or something? http://www.courtesyparts.com/switchassy-p-307815.html I dont want to discourage the idea, but dont be surprised if the parts places dont know. Not only that, but if the s...
