How long did you drive them? My 05 will stay in the middle until the engine is warm and then drop down in idle or coasting.
Thanks Paw I had no idea about that step after cleaning the TB. I also own a 97 maxima and am familiar with the VQ engine but I guess not as familiar as I thought with this newer bigger VQ.
Depending on your current mileage it might be time for new spark plugs, cleaning throttle body, new air filter properly inflated tires. General maintenance should bring it back up unless you have something mechanically wrong.
Depending on your mileage I would look at changing spark plugs, clean throttle body, check all fluids etc.. nothing sucks worse than putting money into aftermarket stuff and the vehicle not running.
