V6
The V6 has a towing capacity of 6,000 Lbs; what does your trailer weigh??

I thought I was cutting it close towing a 3,800 Lb camper; aren't you pushing/exceeding the safety limits?

As some know, this was my first tow with the Path over Labor day: 2012 Jay-Flight 26BH http://www.eluwak.com/images/camping/20120903/towing_back.jpg Here is the next challenge. We pick it up in a Month (well one just like it anyway): 2013 North Trail 28BRS http://www.eluwak.com/images/camping/new_c...

Why run seperate lines?

I'm getting ready to finally order a set.

Only question I have is why did some of you guys run seperate lines/fill valves VS a single line where the air pressure would be equal in both bags?

Thank you

Any of you guys use a Lifetime Air Filter?

I have a 2011 Pathfinder, and am considering using a Lifetime Air Filter like K&N, and am wondering if any of you guys use a Lifetime Air Filter.

Would greatly appreciate +/- comments on Lifetime Air Filters VS Conventional Air Filters.

Thank you

I still havn't made up my mind yet, but I have plenty of time to decide.

However, if you are seriously interested, do a google search, there are couple of Nissan dealers who sell them for a great price; considerably less than my dealer quoted me with his "special" price.

How are your air bags /air lift kit holding up?

Thinking about installing the air bags on our 2011 PF, and am just wondering if anyone has has any problems with them, and did they improve your towing experience. Thank you!

I wish you the best of luck with it. Not sure why you didn't make the dealer correct the problem; You must really want that car! With you having done the work, you have now assumed total responsibility. I know I would have had it back to the dealer for them to repair, or demanding a full refund. Hap...

My Humble Opinion is to return that vehicle back to the dealership now, and get your money back. If everyone did all that cleanout and there's still sludge in there, it's a sure sign that the vehicle was not properly maintained, and more trouble is headed your way.. The dealer is stalling you, as th...

Towing Tire Pressure?

I have the 2011 Pathfinder Silver, and occasionally tow our camper with it.

The tire label on the door indicates 35PSI cold, and the tire sidewall indicates 44PSI cold max.

Should I run the 44PSI when towing? in the rear only or all 4 tires?

Thank you

Since I have a 2011 PF, I think what I'll do is take it to the dealer every 7,500 miles/6 months for an oil change, and I'll do the in-between every 3,750 miles.

Once I'm out of warranty I'll go with Mobil 1 with an extended filter and change every 7,500 miles

How often do you change your oil?

How often do you change your oil?

What type of oil do you use? (conventional/synthetic)

What Brand of oil filter do you use?

In my last vehicle I used Mobil 1 and Fram Extended Gard Oil Filter, and change the oil every 7,500 miles

Thank you

My concern here is not the drive train, as the 5/60,000 should have that covered, but I am really concerened with the electronics of the newer vehicles, like the computers that keep it going, or something as simple as the tire pressure monitoring system, etc. These newer vehicles can get expensive t...

Extended warranty

We have a 2011 Pathfinder, and are beginning to contimplate getting an extended warranty. Our dealer offers a Lifetime warranty at no cost, but you must service in accordance with their mileage criteria; 3,000 for oild chances, tranny at 30,000, etc, which can end up to be very expensive over the lo...

I plan to use Mobil 1, or other name brand synthetic; which ever is lower cost, and will change somewhere in the 5,000 mile range as we tow a camper. In my 2002 S-10, I use synthetic, with the Fram 10,000 Extended Guard oil filter, and change the oil & filter every 10,000 miles; have 104,000 on ...
