Got one of these http://www.menards.com/main/tools-hardware/fasteners-fastener-accessories/nuts/spring-nuts/6mm-extruded-u-nuts-1-pcs/p-1444440154610-c-8923.htm?tid=4041776665822011104 and a 6mmx1 20mm length bolt. Had to loosen the u nut but worked very well. No more duct tape! Thanks for the idea.
I'm sure you detailed in another thread, what rad did you go with? Did you do an external tranny cooler? Just thinking ahead in case my pressure test doesn't pan out
Is the bib supposed to have drain hose on it so it leaks in a better location? Maybe coolant vapors fill the engine cabin when warm? Existing location is dry...

Last night when I got home I noticed a coolant smell when walking around the front of the Pathfinder. Stuck my nose in the grill and yup, that's coolant. Will be taking a look this weekend.
Ok apparently I fibbed. All was good until I torqued the bolts. The RR snapped set at 15 ft/lbs. I'll have to contact them tomorrow. Went out and have the dreaded soft pedal. Can't even squeal the tires or engage ABS. When the car is off, the pedal is hard as expected. Bled the corners multiple time...
Got these on today and all went well. This is a universal kit for a range of vehicles. There are 2 longer lines and 2 shorter lines in the kit. The longer ones are for the front and the shorter for the rear. Lengths were close to oem, but not exact...just a bit longer. The only main concern I have i...
