They often go overlooked because of their location. They are supposed to replaced at 15,000 mile intervals, but 30K miles works for me. I get them from Rockauto and stick it on my shelf with oil filters for when I need to replace them.

I totally neglected mine...then I had to take off the blower motor to remove the acorns that fell in and rattled around.

I ordered one for my Toyota Tacoma 62k miles...had half a leafbag full of stuff to get out...

Ordered two more and will put these on the every 15-20k interval.

OMG i change mine about every 3 months ! A bit like the fuel filter about every 5000. Hate that damp dog AC smell but nice clean filters all good :-)
