I have 108k on a 2011 V6 4x4. Recently I just did a SeaFoam treatment (1 whole can) via the brake booster vacuum line as well as used to SeaFoam spray in the throttle body. I've gone from about 240ish-250ish miles per tank to around 270. That's not too bad of an increase. I also used a bottle of Berrrymans B-12 Chemtool in the tank simply because online reviews were pretty good and it was like $3 a bottle. I don't think the SeaFoam spray was really all that necessary, more of a "what the hell, I'll use this too", but the other two helped out.

I have yet to do plugs, but I'll do those next paycheck.

It might be worth mentioning that aside from the additives, I also did the pedal dance to reset the ECU. That may have helped clear all the settings I'm assuming.

I used method 1 -- https://forums.nicoclub.com/how-to-rese ... 45684.html

Not sure how good simply unhooking the battery is. Had a MAF code that would come and go (would reset it using hand scanner) and the battery reset didn't help. Did the pedal dance and code went away and has yet to come back after about 2k miles.

You shouldn't need any oil treatment. Just make sure your engine oil is API or ILSAC approved and the proper viscosity and change it and the oil filter when you're supposed to.

Vacuum into the intake requires some care to not overdo it.
I generally use Seafoam only into the fuel.

I have also used Berryman Chemtool into the fuel before but my perception is its quite a bit harsher than others and i once added it and one of my sensors alarmed as damaged.. and i had to get it replaced at no small expense.

Seafoam is generally much safer and can be used in the fuel liberally.

If u feel you want to clean your engine internals (oil galleries) one of the best methods is to pick an oil that's advertised as high detergent like "Mobil Drive clean" or a Diesel oil (U can use Diesel oils in gas engines.. just not the other way around).

And then do frequent changes...
This is much safer and perhaps more effective clenaing method than the various "oil treatments".

Use full syn and change every 5-6k miles. Send oil sample to be analyzed and adjust appropriately.

I did seaform in gas tank and oil at 100k miles. And won't do it again before she dies.
