Do a 0-60 on the Dyno next time you bring it back, it'll get you some good numbers.

You can do the 0-60 runs on the dyno, no need to butt/street speed test it.

There wasnt much available for exhaust systems for the V6 models either.
Seems like most, including myself, have had the best exhaust results by replacing the muffler and having an exhaust shop do a custom Cat back system. You might want to look into that. If you find the right shop to do it, it shouldnt cost you much either.

I buy the 6ish second vids but the math just doesn't work to hit 4. Not trying to beat you up...these have a tremendous amount of potential but the HP needed to hit 4 seconds in a vehicle this heavy is in the 500-600hp range. You need a much more scientific approach to measure these as you can err by a second or so pretty easy. Like I said, not trying to bust your chops but someone will torch you for posting something like that elsewhere!

Agreed,
I can see by the video you are near 6 seconds, but 4.07 seconds is the speed most very high end performance vehicles are doing 0-60 in. Take for example the new Ford Mustang 5.0L is rated at 412 and 390ft-lb of torque and weighs in at 3603 pounds. The mustang can only do 0-60 in 5.1 seconds. I am not bashing anyone either but that claim is a little high.

For another reference, the new cadillac CTS-V coupe with the 6.2L V8 supercharged motor with 556 HP and 551ft-lb does 0-60 in 4.2 seconds. I am getting these figures from Edmunds Inside Line publication.

Great video though, love the sound of nissan motors!

My Superchips Cortex measures 0-60 times. Perhaps he's getting the time off of his Uprev tool? Not sure if it has that functionality, but if it does, should take the guesswork and error out...

I've never tried the functionality on my Cortex. 0-60 times is not why I bought my truck.

I'm guessing he's using something inaccurate like that too. A lot of people like using the timing and dyno functions in those types of programmers. They just aren't very accurate.

I used a Vbox on mine and I get 0-60 of 5.3 seconds in Auto 4WD mode.

Hey guys on my YouTube video I have it timed at 5.6 seconds I did 4 seconds after my tune in manual mode I don't have those video's up yet those vids were recorded before my uprev tune which I had done last week.
Again before my tune with a ram air and a reset ecu I was doing 5.6-5.8 seconds in auto mode there is also a manual mode which you can shift the gears yourself I will have the updated times soon.. No argument on the 0-60 time it is what it is ..

By the way don't go by edmunds they are very inaccurate on a mustang Dyno I was pushing 306 to the wheels and 408lbs of torque I raced my friends charger rt and beat it by a car and raced my other car which is 03 cobra which I just sold due to it being a cash pit. Broke down every week.

By the way Ian timing it thru a passport gt1 Again if you read my post on YouTube it states Ian doing 0-60 in 5.6 seconds but I know this for sure my pathy is much more faster now than it was when I shot those vids ... These trucks are underrated they are much more powerful than they are stated in edmunds and road and track road gear

4.07 is seriously quick. Just out of curiosity I looked up some numbers for the 2011 Cayenne (400 pounds lighter than previous model) just to compare.

Cayenne - 4400 lbs - 300hp/295tq - 0-60 7.1/7.4 seconds
Cayenne s - 4553 lbs - 400hp/369tq - 0-60 5.6 seconds
Cayenne Turbo - 4784 lbs - 500hp/516tq - 0-60 4.4 seconds

Considering an LE-V8 is 5034 pounds (according to Edmunds), either you're putting down a lot more horsepower than that, or the time is off significantly. I think the PF would need to lose about 500 pounds and put 550-600 hp to the wheels to get a 4-second time.
