2000 Nissan Pathfinder a.c. blower motor not working

I checked the two 15 amp fuses shown in the fuse box identified by the two red outlines. Click on the link below. Then click on the picture of the fuse box to enlarge it. The fuses are still good. I used my multimeter to test it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Use a test light to check for power at the blower motor harness connector (unplug it from motor, first) with the key "on" and the HVAC "on." If you have power, jump the two terminals in the harness connector with the test light and see if it lights up to confirm a good ground. If that's good, replace the blower motor.
