yeah...i would assume nothing less from ARB. and i second the question about what you are thinking for the rear?

and follow up w/ another set (forgive me if i missed this earlier): if you have had a chance to check them, what are you are clearance and articulation specs now?

and damn you for firing up my interest in more work on my pathy...i was toying w/ either a new TV or computer...now i have to add finally armoring the pathy to that list

For the rear bumper. We did some prelim measurements. We could actually use any rear bumper for the 05+ Xterra. There has to be a slight modification to the bracket that attaches to the frame since the Pathy bolts a bit different and we have to cut the bumper. The Xterra has a separate 3rd piece that just bolts off, but the Pathy is a single piece that just needs to be cut. Unfortunately, ARB has no plans for a rear bumper for the Pathy.

Looking into the KMA bumper. Here is one installed on an Xterra:

Would Love to come to Russia. One of my business partners is from St Petersburg.

I'll give you some impressions on the locker once I get the video out of my camcorder and posted. But in a nutshell ... amazing.

I had the OME originally, and I loved them. But the Radflo were pre-tuned to the Eibach springs, so I had to get the package. And yes, Greg @ PRG deserves my business, so the PRG UCA was a no-brainer.

you looking at rear mounting the tire? if so, any plans for where the spare was....fuel or water tank, perhaps?

Ah .. good question.

I am planning to move up to a 275/70 18 (33.5") tire which is actually taller than a 285/65 18 (33") and the spare just won't fit. The rear bumper allows me to put the bigger tire as well position the tire more to the right of the vehicle, which evely distributes the weight since the current tire is more to the left along with the gas tank. That with the weight of the gas skids, it's a little off balance. Also, I can carry a Jerry can on the bumper for fuel and mount the Hijack there instead of the roof. This also allows more of a departure angle since nothing is hanging.
No plans on an aux tank. I don't think no one in the US is making an aux tank yet. The only place I found one is in Australia.

rragpaoa - Pleeeeaaaaassse, I'm begging you to post some videos. I'm eagerly anticipating seeing your rig in action. Especially on the difficult sections of Pinyon Mtn Trail. I know our truck has some excellent off-road potential. You have, without a doubt, extracted the most from it. I understand video editing is tedious and that you're busy. I'll take a rough edit sooner over a polished version later (I'm sure the rest of us would too). I'm really interested to see what the R51 is worth on the trail.

Yes, I changed the front gears to 3.36 as well.

I think my PF needs more dings and scratches. I'd love the chance to test my PF and help film/edit/post some some inspirational content. No prob! I'll post them when I get in this weekend.
I'm also planning on doing the Rubicon next year once I get bigger tires, and hopefully the front lockers once ARB gets them out in Q2.

If you are interested in getting a locker in the rear, there is a guy here selling the V8 rear axle shafts, brand new for real cheap.

Then, just get a used Armada R230 rear with big tow gears to match your front gears. Install the ARB locker, and should bolt right up.
When you are ready and ARB get the locker done next year, get a used M205 front diff from a Titan or Armada with the big tow gears, along with the V8 Pathy axles, and you're now Titan swapped fully locked with beefier diffs and gears.

Question on your front bumper, did you cut you OE bumper to get the ARB on there or did you remove the whole thing and bought a frontier lower vance(i think thats what they called it)?

Thinking about getting a KMA bumper like this one.
