Any grease fittings on any of the suspension?

I believe there is one grease fitting on the front driveshaft.

mine didn't have that from the factory. But it does now, as I replaced that u-joint.

Is it worthwhile using the needle fitting to grease up the ball joints etc? I'm riding a 2010 se (80k) and it looks like all the joints could use some grease.
