Wasn't in my 2010 either.
However, the first aid kit itself really isn't near as important as the knowledge you carry in your head. A gallon size zip lock bag filled with maybe $10 to $20 of stuff you know how to use, would fit just fine in the pocket. My own kit is in an ammo box and just loose in back.

Best way to spend first aid money would be on a Wilderness First Aid course - usually a two day, 16 hour course, or a book such as Wilderness First Aid by American Academy of Orthopaethic Surgeons, Wilderness Medicine by Forgey, Medicine for Mountaineering by Wilkerson, or Medicine ofr the Backcountry by Tilton&Hubbell.

Part number 99210 EA500

Edit: also: I agree with what "A bowie" said..
No point in the equipment if you don't know how to use it..

First Aid Kit

I did not get one with my 2010 Pathfinder. I went to the dealer to ask for one, and they did not have one in stock, but will order one for an Xtera and let me see if it fits.

That's all good, but it doesn't fulfill my need to find something that fits exactly in that neat little space back there. There is also a second, smaller, compartment in the hatch with a mesh cover. What's that one for?
If not something "factory" what does everybody else keep back in those little compartments???

the OEM kit is a very nice & comprehensive kit
fits in a nice compartment out of the way
comes with a very good first aid guide booklet
and it's a large enough kit to supplement many other things into it
there's one available on eBay right now for less than $30.00 8)
