Not in the US. You should see how many Xterra forums there are, along with all of the registered members. Yes, it has been a huge hot topic with them as well. I still can't believe there isn't a recall considering how many complaints have been filed with the NHTSA. Granted, it isn't something that will catch fire, explode, etc., but I still think the failure of a transmission out & about could be bad news. Fortunately, I have yet to hear of anyone getting hurt because of it.disallow wrote:There are way fewer armada and xterras out there, so its possible we just arent hearing it.
I didn't say they weren't there, but there are less of them. Per data from Nissan's website, here are the sales for 2009-2011:NVSteve wrote:Not in the US. I wholeheartedly agree. What about catastrophic failure of the transmission while on a freeway? Somehow they've managed to keep this one out of the spotlight... not sure how.NVSteve wrote:I still can't believe there isn't a recall considering how many complaints have been filed with the NHTSA.
