so i found another set of the led lights that have 12 SMDs on them instead of the 6. initially i thought they were just as bright as the 6 SMD version if not dimmer because the leds in the 12 are 1/2 the size of the 6.
well finally got a chance to use them at night, and the 12 SMDs -are- definitely brighter than the 6s.
i also ordered a smaller version of what we've put in the cargo area and am going to experiment with getting that to work.

Why are you using the 24 led for the cargo? Was the 48 too bright?
