Beating a dead horse

Postby blueper88 » Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:55 am

I was wondering if anyone makes an offroad style rear bumper for R51's. Also I am confused by the back and forth I am reading but do year matched Frontier bumpers match Pathfinder?

The body lines for the rear are very different. The bolt holes may align, not sure, but the body lines will be way off. There are very few, if any, mass produced rear "offroad bumpers" for the R51. A few people on the site have custom jobs.

lets keep beating this dead horse... i messed up my rear bumper offroading. Would rather replace it with a steel one. Anyone out there find one or know of a good fab example I could get some ideas from. I'd rather put $s into making this tougher. right now its stock but I'm looking at front/rear off road bumpers a lift and 33s. Please help with any ideas, I've searched!

These guys make front bumpers for sure but they may be willing to fab a rear tube style if you contact them.

If they do, let us know.

I have seen Blue Lake Offroad through searches. I am pretty sure HeftyFab can make an aluminum front bumper for 05-07 Pathfinders. I do not have any experience with either of them. Both look like quality. Thanks

Yep, already on the vendor list. Check out the below link. Still adding as I find more vendors supporting our small market.

As far as I know, only a guy in Southern California has it on his. I'm not sure if he's a member on the forums here though. According to his youtube channel, he has a 2011 Pathfinder V8 4x4 with Titan swap in front and OME lift in rear.
