Rear Blower Motor on 2008 Pathfinder constantly running

The rear blower motor on my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder is constantly running.
Has any one come across this?
Also does anyone know where the Rear blower motor relay is located?

It's not a relay problem, the VBC (blower resistor) for your rear fan is melted short causing the fan to run uncontrollably. You should replace both the motor and VBC. Dead VBC's almost always happen because the motor is worn out and drawing too much startup current. So even if the motor seems healthy, replace it. They're both located behind the righthand lower cargo trim, see VTL-16 here:
