AC work

Not sure where AC (heating/cooling go in this forum), but I'll put my question here:

I am installing a new pre-oiled compressor, and also a new condenser that has a receiver/drier/accumulator on it. I need to know about adding PAG in either of them. I could pour out what I find in original compressor, but the new one is pre-oiled.

Any ideas about the need to add PAG to compressor and/or condenser? If so, how do I determine how much?

2.7 oz between the condenser and the receiver/drier. See HA-27 here:
