Sorry I meant pulley turn when belt isn’t on…

Here is a video to the sequel sounds a little more like metal maybe a bearing on the alternator pulley is gone as sound is from there.

Suspecting the alternator pulley here is a pic, what tool is needed to replace local garage is saying £140 for doing just the pulley change.

About the grease thinking of taking the belts off and cleaning all the pulleys

Yeah. That sounds like metal noise to me as well. The idler pullies' bearings are also possible suspects of the noise. A low cost automotive stethoscope, like VStar mentioned, will pin point the location. A badly worn out bearing on any of the major components (pumps, A/C, alternator) often presents other issues with that component, aside from noise. The tension adjustment idler pullies do their job quietly or they make noise when their bearings wear out but there is usually no other symptom or issue, other than the noise.
