Where is the crankshaft position sensor on the 2016 Pathfinder?

Postby mrchad » Fri Sep 08, 2023 1:58 pm

I have googled and searched, but can't find the correct location for a 2016 pathfinder. I have a P0336 code along with strange reving and unable to accelerate to interstate speeds. The fact that the problem magically went away makes me feel like its the sensor or wiring. But I can't find it.

Thanks!

I presume that's a typo and you mean P0335, P0336 isn't a valid code. Mama Nico has the complete FSM for your ride, here's a link to the Engine Control section:

See EC-21 for the component locations. Your CKP is on the front of the engine, down low at the transmission end of the block.
