Emission monitors

I can’t get 2 monitors to go to ready status. EGR and Catalist. Only thing that is noticeably wrong is when the coolant temperature hits 158 the idle gets rough.

Check the vacuum line on the EGR for leaks. 158F isn't even high enough for normal operating temperature. A vacuum leak at the EGR may be preventing a normal startup self-diagnostic routine to complete.
