Thought it was a bulb so swapped it out. Still nothing. No issues with any other lights other than the left fog light to replace. Is this going to be something I could look to fix, a local shop or hopefully not the dealer.
I did find that a H11 bulb will not suddenly fit and it takes an H9. That was an annoying find.

The '19's still had regular fuses located in the IPDM (mounted upside down at the back of the underhood Fuse & Relay Box, which is located in front of the driver's side strut tower). H9 means you must have changed the high beam bulb, low beams are pretty much always H11's if you have halogen headlights. If there's no other socket back there then you have LED headlights and they aren't serviceable, the whole assembly must be replaced.

If you’re up for a bit more DIY, grab a cheap H9 from an auto parts store to double-check it’s not just a dud replacement bulb. Otherwise, a local shop should get you sorted without too much hassle.
