Looks good...I like the wheels and rack.

What did you make the rack "feet" out of, and did you use the same mounting holes?

Looks like you have a bike rack or something on the back. Mind if I ask what kind? I have a yakima hitch rack right now, not sure if I like it.

is XD79879064718 the wheel model number?

what is the back spacing / offset / lug pattern?

still not following how you got the lights mounted on the bumper using 2 bolts.

What model number defender rack did you get, I tried to get 1 from them and their application page doesnt mention the R51...

Sounds to me like he just bolted it to the plastic bumper cover, with a spacer sandwiched in between the cover and light bracket.

The way the fogs are mounted is; there is a sheet metal bar about 4" behind the plastic bumper (it's part of the truck) it's bolted to that but I put spacers between that sheet metal and the plastic bumper so when I tighten it it doesn't pucker in the plastic. The rack is actually listed under a Ford Excursion. Basicly since I make my oyn mounting brackets I could choose any fit to any truck as long as it fit the size I wanted. From what I sawe they make a 6'x3.5' and a 5'x3.5' . I went with the 6'. I did mount it directly to the holes that are in the roof for the factory rack .I made the feet out of some 1x1 steel tubing. Here is a link to the wheels I put on it

The bike rack is a thule T2. Best rack I've ever had I love it Really solid and very beefy looking but still compact

so, since the PRG mini kit is a leveling kit, you dont need to upgrade your shocks... right?

right. The only thing you haveto do is get an alignment after it's installed. It installs VERY east. Took me maybe an hour with the right tools. Actually I don't even remember using a spring compresser just unbolt the suspension and drop out the springs. They bolt right to the top of the shocks on front and drop right in under the springs in back

What did you do with the stock rack you took off? I'm looking for a set of cross bars for my '08.

The wind noise would probably go away if you installed a sunroof wind deflector.

Did you have to remove the headliner or get under it somehow to access the bolts for the rack. I am seriously considering doing this. I use the factory rack regularly to carry things and it has serious strength limitations.
