Transmission shift issue

hi everyone question i have a 99 pathfinder le with 94000 miles and i notice the trani "bucks" at first and second gear all other gears are ok, this only hapens if i pull off very slowely if i take off quickly it's fine now does anyone have this issue and what can i do to slove this :?: :?:
