Vacuum Line

I just had my timing chain and tensioners replaced and noticed that my idle is a little rough.I poked around the engine compartment and found a hose off but I can't see where it gets connected.I think it comes from the transmission and it seems to have been clamped to the side of the air filter box closest to the firewall there is a sort of ty wrap there that is cut.I'm assuming it plugs in close to this area.Any help would really be appreciated and would save me a trip to the dealer.

Is it the front Diff breather?
