First Aid Kit

Postby cbacarisse » Wed Dec 30, 2009 9:24 pm

Will any of the previous year first aid kits fit in the door of the 2010? I can't seem to find a 2010 First Aid kit.

Mine didn't have one, I'm hoping it wasn't standard equipment, if so they got some splaining to do.

First aid kit goes in the back inside of the hatch door, the panel is recessed with a strap for the kit. do you have this recession and strap.? if so go back to Dealer and say where is my first aid kit, could be someone test drove vehicle and stole it, people test drive vehicles all the time without the salesaman and they take stuff, they have nothing better to do than Thieve. I can't tolerate thieves.

It does have the spot for it, and the straps, but no first aid kit. No where on the brochure or sticker does it mention first aid kit.

I do not think it will be listed on the build sheet, it is OBVIOUS it is too have one there. so you need to go back and get one. they can take one from another vehicle and reorder for that vehicle, heck maybe that is what they did with your vehicle befor you purchased it. I bought another one brand new on Ebay for my truck, cost me 22.00 not bad. Dealer more like 50.00.

In the pics in the brochure there is not one. It's not listed on the brochure, nor is it listed on the accessories brochure. No where on the website either.

I can't believe they would quit including this cool little accessory but I did have a look at my window (Mulroney?) sticker and it does list "Cargo Net & First Aid Kit" under the "COMFORT & CONVENIENCE" section.

I was looking at an accessories brochure I picked up from the dealership, I'm not sure of when it was produced but it says "First Aid Kit (Not Available for 2009)". So I guess they aren't making them right now.

I was wondering what that little storage space back there was for. I bought my 06 used....no kit. I took a 170-pc. johnson & johnson kit I bought at wal-mart and put it in there, the straps are adjustable.

I think the first aid kit is/was only included on the SE Off Road edition, or at least it was in 2008 when i bought mine.
