newbie here...So I just got an '09 pathy...how do you know if you have a Bose audio system? Before my purchase I checked out one with a Bose audio system and one without one...I didn't see any logos whatsoever indicating Bose...Would the one I saw said had a bose system really didn't? How can you tell...

I have a 2006 with a Bose system. Its labeled everywhere (eg: head unit, speaker covers, etc, etc).

Mine says Bose on the head unit and on the subwoofer back in the cargo area.

Thanks for the replys.....Good to know I didn't get ripped off for something they didn't have in the vehicle....

I figured they would put Bose labels on the head unit if it had the bose system. Cool, thanks all!

What make is the standard system, whatever it is the sound is great for a standard system!

I think it's a clarion, so it's not a bad brand and probably has a more level output than the high highs and bass domination of the bose. Mids just get lost. I have the LE, so it has the bose.

Mine is the SE and the bass from the system is fantastic..friends comment on the quality of the sound regularly!

No names on the head unit just Nissan!
Dont mind if its a clarion or a bose in this case.
