fog lights moisture

Any idea how to remove moisture at the fog lights?

My left one had some moisture that turned into a enough water for a goldfish, dealer replaced under warranty. Now my right one is getting some moisture. If it's under warranty just take it to the dealer. Or you can just pull the bulb out and hit with some air or blow dryer or something.
