The intake is great, +2-5mpg on average. I was getting about 24mpg on the highway, better than the 19mpg with the stock intake... Sounds great when you step on it.. All parts included, including heat shield, filter, all hardware and original box.

There is 1 clip broken and one of the halos does not always work. You can install without using the halos, or simply replace the LED in the halo and it is good as new... Pics below...
