Check engine light. Code P0455

I've done all the search online about the code for the Pathfinder and found alot of info including the TSB about it. I made sure the gas cap is tight and reset the light and just waiting to see if it comes back on.

My question is

If the light does come back on with this service be covered under the emissions 80k warranty? I have an 06 Pathy with about 53k miles.

PS. This is a great website I've had my Pathfinder for 2 years and just found out about this while searching for the trouble code. Alot of great information on here. I am in NJ

Mine was the VCV valve. Was a PITA to replace! Once I switched that out, code gone.

Yea from all the research I've done seems like the VCV valve but my question is would it be covered under the Emissions 8/80k warranty?
