i can't think of any other possibilities other than trans or driveshaft
there have been some broken motor mounts, but i think that is usually a vibration @ idle symptom
maybe something overlooked on the driveshaft/u-joint inspection?
might also be time to also re-check the level & condition of your trans fluid
ya. those are the couple last possibilities i've come to end up with too. think the condition of my trans fluid could cause this issue alone? also, if it were tranny issues, why wouldn't it happen at other speeds other than the 2 or 3 "sweet spots" when maintaining that speed?

if it were mine, i'd take another really close look at the driveshaft/u-joints
then i'd do a trans fluid change w/Nissan fluid
your trans fluid looked kind of discolored in your photos, so it would probably be a benefit to change it in any case
if the fluid change does not eliminate the vibration, but changes its characteristics, then the trans may indeed be in trouble
