Picking up a 2008 Black LE 4X4 this weekend. Let me know if you ever got the chrome door trim blacked out. Not sure I will be doing a total black out but i'm not to thrilled about the door trim.pathyGirl@10K wrote:I would like to eliminate all of the chrome trim from my pathy. You can purchase the moldings for a non LE model and they don't have the crhome in them.androck2250 wrote:Picking up a 2008 Black LE 4X4 this weekend. You could go with the plasti-dip spray route if you want a matte black finish. I've been running plasti-dip on my commuter car's winter wheels without any issues at all. Also, several people have used it over on the frontier forum with a lot of success. It's really cheap and easy to apply and sticks to chrome. The best thing is that you can take it off if you ever want to put it back to stock.pathyGirl@10K wrote:I want to paint/replace all chrome trim pieces with matte black.
