Hatch

Folks,

My back hatch will not open. My window part will but my back hatch will not. I am just over my warranty and it will work sometimes and sometimes in colder weather it won't. Anyone experience this problem? What is the warranty on this?

Do you mean the locking mechanism is busted, or the struts won't lift the hatch anymore? If the struts, see this thread: http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=2551

the electronic locking mechanism sometimes works and sometimes does not...

that would be covered as part of your 3yr/36,000mi. warranty.
OOPS... I just saw your out of warranty. There is no warranty on that specific part unless it has been replaced within the last 12 mos.
