I have not tried it on the pathfinder yet, just bought it on friday (have a little over 300mi on the OD). On my 2001 ford ranger I changed everything from engine to rear diff over and picked up 4 mpg. So from 16 mpg to 20mpg highway. I own my own company so i get Amsoil at cost, that is the main reason that i run it over other synthetics but i would imagine that it is not just Amsoil that gives good MPG gains other wise they would be the only ones selling syntheticeieio wrote:how much difference in mileage do you get?found wrote:I mostly run synthetics for the gas mileage increase. Stopped in NAPA to get oil/filter and they're having a sale this month on Mobil 1. $4.99/quart which even beats the Costco price at the moment. I bought some extra for the next change as well.eieio wrote:last time at Costco Mobil 1 5W30 (6 qts) was $33.72deermjd wrote:$23 at walmart for a 5 quart jug.
