after getting approval from extended warranty company, dealer went ahead to replace what is the secondary timing chains tensioner.
the whining sound that I reported is now gone.
the total cost was over $1000, but the warranty covered most of that and my out of pocket cost was around $300. because the warranty company wanted new oil and a few parts that was not covered. better than paying over $1000 right.
but now a new problem I have discovered. I will start a new thread for that one.
I see another thread started about chain tensioner, I will link this thread that one.
thanks for all input.
