I'm not sure if that is the actual picture of the part because whatever is in that picture won't fit the center opening of a US bumper.

Yes, yours is narrower at the top. The picture may be for illustrative purposes only, and not a picture of the actual part. That's not unusual for online parts retailers.

nothing wrong with the picture (orig pic is upside down) or the part. Should bold right up to US spec bumper as well.

Thank you Marwan!!! How hard is it to remove as well? This will be for my brother, but he uses his hitch every now and then and just seeing how muc work he has to go through to remove it? Now, who's going to be the guinea pig to confirm that it does bolt up to US spec Pathys?

cut the rivets with wire cutters, or just drill it out.

use the screws only, very easy.
