Needed 2005 and up spare and jack assembly

For some reason, my 2005 Pathfinder was missing the spare tire/rim and the jack assembly.

Does anyone have one or know somewhere where I can get these parts?

The jack parts actually aren't that expensive brand new from Nissan. Nissanpartszone.com has the jack for $32, the pair of rods for the jack handle for $8 and the jack handle/crowbar for $7.
