Well, you have a knock sensor code, but being with other codes, I would ignore that for now, address the issues, erase the codes and see if it resets. You have oxygen sensor codes and a mass air sensor code. All of the codes could be a result of a bad MAS. There was also a TSB for the O2 sensor codes instructing to install a supplemental ground harness from the EGI grounds in the intake plenum to the right bank cylinder head. So, when it warms up and won't run, have you confirmed the presence of spark to the plugs? If not, you may have a bad ignition module and need to replace the distributor. If you do have spark, confirm proper fuel pressure. If that's good, when it warms up and doesn't run, try unplugging the MAS and see if it'll run better (it likely won't go past 2500 RPM due to being in fail-safe mode). If it does run better, you might very well have a bad MAS.

Cam position sensor is built into the distributor assy. The MAS is between the air cleaner box and the intake air duct. There's a spring clip holding the harness connector to it. I use a dental pick or similar tool to remove the clip from the connector (be careful not to lose it) and then it will slide right off.

Have a problem as well...but not throwing up any codes. Wondering what your were experiencing.

About a week ago, with about 160k miles, it started bucking, the tachometr would jump up and down...it seems like it was getting gas...went to a buddy and looked things over...found the air intake was cracked from heat/age and sucking air in. Found the part and waited a few days to get it delivered. Replaced it, cleaned out the soot...it ran fine for about 30 minites and took it on the interstate and again, started bucking
