The cheaper spacer is made from plastic and some people have had issues with them melting or warping.

i got mine and installed it. I did notice that i had a slight drop in highway rpms to maintain speeds. Install is pretty easy only took an hour and about half that time i spent going in and out of the house. Although i did notice that i have a little oil residue in my intake manifold.

i feel like it helps get the 295s moving off the line. it helps the most in the midrange. i would put it as a great mod.

same here. i'm running 285s and have noticed an increase off the line and in midrange as well. it's supposed to be great for towing too

as for a gas mileage increase, haven't noticed it yet. then again, it's so damn cold every day, i'm warming my car up for 10 minutes before I leave for work, so my mileage has been off anyway. theoretically, it should increase mileage though. the engine doesn't have to work as hard in order to achieve whatever speed you're going

i have i just drove 155 miles this morning and average 20.5 highway even with my tires. If you can stop yourself from gunning off the line it helps. my highway rpms to maintain 70 are 250 rpms lower then before the ims.
