could be. you could try using a heatgun/hairdryer on it to see if that helps.

I must have gotten a bad draw in the pinstripe department. Went at forever with the hairdryer and no dice.

Gave in and bought the 3M Stripe Off Wheel and still have a few areas I need to go back over today after using it last night. Was not expecting this to be such a big project.
