Postby pathfinderspot10 » Thu Jan 08, 2015 8:54 pm

Hello everybody I'm trying to convert all the dome lights inside my pathy into leds. Does anyone know what type of bulbs are used in the dome lights? And are all of them the same the 2 front 2 middle passengers and in the back? Please anyone help, Thank you!

Go to superbrightleds.com and put your model and year in — it'll tell you your options. I think the two front, two backseat and trunk bulbs are all the same kind.

And yeah, they're ridiculously bright. I love 'em.

They all pretty much take the same type of bulb. I bought one of the 24led panels for the cargo area and I'm concerned a plane might try to land in there. It's insanely bright.

I have the 48 LED 5050SMD panel for the cargo area  http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic. ... c&start=15

EDIT: You guys got me looking into this once again  After almost 2 years my LED are still going strong. But it got me looking on eBay once again and I might try out the 24 LED 5050 panels for the front area. I might just order 2 for now and see how it goes.

I've got the six pods up front and I'm not sure I'd want them any brighter. You flip a light on while driving at night and it's disorienting as-is. I did the same thing...Ebay for $15 or so delivered for all of them. They've been flawless for a couple years.

Hello everyone I'm back. I have replaced all the lights inside my pathy to leds. I was able to upload some photos. This photos were taken at night. The leds are super bright and love how they look.

I just did this mod as well, love it! I used 6 SMD pods for the front and middle and the 48 SMD in the cargo. The panel came in a two pack so debating using that in the middle and using the 2 6pods leftover for the license plate lights...dono if theyll fit or be waaayyyy too bright...thoughts?

One of mine just went to half brightness, so half the board must be shot. Ordered up another 10 pack from Ebay-thanks for the suggestions. 6 LED only. I believe I have 4 SMDs in now and they are super bright. I'd hate to have something more than 6 in the front because I'd be completely blinded to the outside if they were turned on while driving.

my 6ers started flickering. annoying but hey, they were cheap so. no bigs. will look for 4 SMDs to replace when I really get sick of it.

the 48 panels are AWESOME though! holdin up strong!
