Engine noise need help

Hi
I have PF 2006 driven 65 Mile.

I live in Iceland and there are not many 4.0L PF cars here. I've been to the car dealer for PF in Iceland, but they do not find out what is.
It is the sound of the machine, is it something that someone know from experience here on this Forum.

I posted a link to demonstrate this.

Any help appreciated.

More like whining

I suspected it may be the Secondary Timing Chain Tensioner ?

I think there are other posts about that whining which my pathy also has which varies with mileage mostly timing chain tensioner oil filter restrictions or serpentine belt if you look at the posts they will help you
