Oh yeah !!! I remember seeing the Infiniti IM swap on the Titan forum, as well as the LS1 conversion.

This is cool. With your set-up you could surprise A LOT of other vehicles. I thought of going this route but my end result and usage doesn't really combine with all that HP as I use mine for 4x4'ing.

Really like the idea though. Go get those SRT8's Cherokees. I really shoulda gone this route and bought a much older trail rig for 4x4'ing.

Thanks. Good thing about this intake. Since it has both long and short runners. I am going to get it tuned 3 different ways.
I will have it tuned for only long runners, then only short runners, and then full function long to short runners. So if you are towing, or offroading and need all the torque you can get. It will work just like the oem manifold. If you want it to work like its designed. Just switch the tune with cruise control buttons turn on the rpm switch controler, and now you have it for performance, and for what ever reason someone would need short runners only i can install a on switch to keep the solenoid on. Which i don't think it will be good for the solenoid. But deff the 1st 2 options will work without a glitch, and cool thing is you can controll it all at your fingertips. I am going to dyno it all 3 ways so we will have the data and results.

Here are the Intake Manifold adapter flange pictures, from them being designed, to finaly a prototype getting made.
Very soon I will have the adapter flanges ready, the last key component, to make this mod into a reality.

The UIM for the VQ40 already has dual runners. Being that the VQ has since gone to dual TB/MAF set-ups in recent years, it be hard to find something that would work and be beneficial at the same time other than full custom or Frankenstein.

Sorry guys I have been really Busy trying to get this Intake Manifold going.
and I have finally installed the prototype In my Pathfinder.
It fits perfect.
It starts without any issues, no need to press or hold gas pedal.
It Idles Just Like Stock. in Testing and tuning stages right now.
I have dropped my 0to60 MPH from 4.3's to 4.1's and still tuning.
with only long runners she feels stronger then stock manifold.
with both long And short runners up top she pulls hard to 6K rpms

Here are few pics of the completed manifold. and Installed in my pathfinder.

LT Custom Control Arms And Drop Spindles

Postby forgottenzone » Tue Aug 16, 2016 7:18 pm

I am having all of my 8 Control Arms Custom made to replace all of the OEM Control arms With Much Lighter and Stronger Verions.
The lower control arms will be boxed control arms made out of chromoly metal.
The Upper control arms will be also made out of Chromoly metal but tubing.
All Front and rear.
Also I am getting 2 Inch dropped Front and Rear Spindles that will be made out of 1 peace Aluminum.
They will work for 4X4 and RWD.
The 2 inch drop will keep my Pathy where she is now and it will allow me to use Stock hight Springs. which will give me a better ride then what I have now.
The H&R Springs, Pathy Bottoms out to easy with them.
The Front Lower Boxed Control Arms are already Finished.
They weigh 4LBS without Ball Joint VS 12lb that OEM ARMs weigh.
Front Control Arms and Spindles will work for all 05-12 Pathfinders.
they also work on Frontiers, And Xterras.
The rear Control Arms and Spindles will work only for 05-12 Pathfinders.

Left Is Chromoly, Right is Stock.
