As SMJ already said, no, it's not likely.
Especially not in the poodle, shown in video, as it is also under 45 cm of allowed wading depth.
If you go deeper you might get water in rear diff, as it has breather hose relatively low (and lower than other breathing tubes).
But cluthch...no. Even if it get's soaked, it will dry without degradation in performance. Except if you'd be letting it sit in salt water for few days....well, that might ruin clutch bearing most probably.
