P CODE 0011 AND 0021.

Postby kshariff » Tue Aug 09, 2016 6:19 am

I changed OIL on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder (done before multiple times), usually I will drain with Motor Flush and then add new oil. No problems in past. Yesterday after changing oil engine is stalling and roughing idle. ODBC Codes are P0011 and P0021. Any ideas, before I take it to dealers

Found these:

Based on the links above, could be from wrong weight of oil, bad filter, dirty oil, or low oil pressure.

Some questions:

1. Why do you use 'Motor Flush'? A simple drain and fill is all that is required. Can you post a link to the product you are using?

2. What brand and weight of oil did you put in? I believe the 2014 R52 required 5w30.

3. What brand of filter did you use?

4. What is the oil level?
