Transmission Removal

Postby shanemcguire » Sun May 14, 2017 3:54 pm

Hey everyone
I'm working on a 2000 pathfinder to replace the clutch.
I believe I have everything unbolting and the transmission should be ready to come out. However it's stuck on something and I have no idea what. I have been lowering and prying repeatedly but it doesn't seem to work well. I can rotate it side to side so it seems only the input shaft that it is still in there.
If anyone has any tips please let me know.
Thanks

If you have been referencing a tech manual there would be a caution note about first removing a flywheel position sensor at the top of the bellhousing.
